This policy explains what information NetAdvisors collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you use our contact form we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are interested in, and your message. When you book a meeting with us, we receive the details you enter in the booking form.

Information collected when you visit

When you load a page on this site we automatically record:

• your IP (internet) address, the pages you view and when;
• the website or search engine that sent you here, if your browser shares it;
• your browser and type of device;
• whether you tap our phone number or email address.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We set one cookie of our own, called na_vid. It holds a random number that lets us recognize your browser when you come back, so we can see that several visits came from the same browser. It lasts one year and is never shared with anyone else.

We also use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and collects information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your visits with Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

How we use information

• to answer your questions and provide the services you ask about;
• to understand how the site is used and improve it;
• to understand which organizations are interested in our services. For this we look up the organization an IP address is registered to in public internet registry records, and its approximate location. A home or mobile connection normally identifies only the internet provider and a town, not a person;
• to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business (for example Google for website analytics, and the providers that host this site and deliver our email), and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Records of website visits are deleted after 13 months. Messages and contact details you send us are kept for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep our business records.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. The site still works without them.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@netadvisors.com.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
